Hi,
I {20F} and my mother {51F} have been living with my grandmother {86F} since December of 2023, the reason why we moved in with her is due to fleeing domestic violence.
Ever since living we moved in, my grandmother has a habit of feeding the neighbourhood cats and trapping them in our laundry room to feed them, the food varies from cat food she begs our family to buy and meats from leftover meals or from the fridge {ham, corned beef, etc}.
Since the cats get fed at our house, they are constantly at the door waiting for us to open up and feed them, this has resulted in them coming into our house a few times before being chased out.
Now this incident started when my older sister and mother were leaving the house to go on a walk, one of the cats sprinted into the house resulting in a panic and me screaming "it's your fault, you feed the cats!" to which my grandmother responded that she hasn't fed them in weeks {although she is also known to lie so I doubt that's true}.
AITAH?
