I'm a lead industrial tech. My supervisor told me to find someone else to be in charge of maintenance logs for all of our forklifts because the current guy just had new responsibilities put on him. We've got a really bad tech who shouldnt have been hired in the first place, sucks at everything, lazy, slow, wastes cutting wheels, welding wire. Just overall someone who doesn't deserve to make 40 an hour. Since we ALWAYS go back and re do his repairs. All 6 of the other techs are constantly complaining to me about him. But supervisor refuses to write him up or fire him(I think it's a race thing. But I won't get into that.) I wanna give him the responsibility of the fork lifts because I know he's gonna eff it up. And I hope he effs it up. AITAH
