I’ll be at home cooking or fixing me something to eat and I feel eyes on me and i look back and my nana or sometimes my mom will watch me and it makes me uncomfortable idk exactly why I just know I don’t like it and I’d rather then not focus on me when they do look I feel embarrassed that I done something stupid cause I do sometimes lol 😆 is this anxiety or what ? Especially when I’m in my room I feel them watch me I know they love me and I love them but stop looking at me😂
