📝 AITAH- I hate our PM and nearly ruined her business

So long story short is we rent a home for a year- my husband is military and I work at home with my toddler who has his therapy in home. We’ve had prior issues with the PM doing 4 inspections while we’re hear and failing to inform me both on the lease and in person that they’d take pictures of all our belongings even though we’ve never caused damage. Long story short I made a big fucking deal about it because my husband and I both have TS clearance and her attorney and the realtors association made her change policy. For reference I’m younger but studied law and work in intell, so if I need to be petty I can do a damn good job.

We pay on time, don’t cause property damage/ are very clean, and are quiet/ respectful tenants yet it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. Fast forward, a month and a half until our lease end date they tell us they’re giving us two days to decide if we want to buy the home from the landlords or it’ll list and they’ll have to show the house. Well- we obviously didn’t have prep money for it and it’s a fairly expensive home so they listed it. Well ended up buying another home to move into with another agent- who has shared our schedules (my meetings, my sons therapy in home sessions 4x a week, and his nap times) with the sellers agent/ PM but they’ve basically said f*ck you and scheduled showings whenever Mon-Sun even though we asked them to mindful of weekends because that’s really the only time I get with my husband who will be deploying here shortly.

I’m frustrated and my agent has even argued that it was disrespectful to not ask us to approve or work with the showing times- the evil pm said they are not looking for our approval and that we are being difficult to work with- even though they could’ve waited the month for us to move and they are choosing not to. So now I’m thinking I won’t clean for showings, we won’t leave the house, and I’ll be honest with potential buyers that the sellers agent (and the sellers) are extremely rude and difficult to work with. The house also needs repairs that I asked for during move in a year ago that haven’t been fixed. Am i in the wrong for this?
