Just curious, how would you genuinely take this conversation? Would you see this as a request OR would you think your partner was simply venting?

I can’t attach a screen shot so essentially the conversation went like this:

Me: (vent session kid 1 did this thing, kid 2 did this thing)

Also I don’t have a purple onion.

Him: do you need a purple onion

Me: yes, that how I noticed I don’t have one

Why would I mention not having an onion I didn’t need?

Him: I didn’t know if you were just making a statement or if you wanted me to stop and get you a purple onion

I’m not trying to skew public opinion, so I won’t add much unless people have questions.
