BEFORE I GET INTO THIS IT INCLUDES CHILD ABUSE AND MENTIONS OF PEDOPHILEIA

So for some background my sister we will call her A has two kids at 18. Me and my sister have always had a rocky relationship but it got worse when her first kid was born. She forced me to baby sit for her from time to time and eventually it just became so often that her kid started calling me mom. Then again the kid called everyone mom so maybe it was nothing. However she had another kid and put both of them onto me. It got so bad I begged her to stop making me babysit since as it is my schedule is already packed (I am in three orchestras) but she just guilt tripped me into babysitting more. It got to the point that she just stopped asking. As soon as I got home from school I was on the clock if I didn't baby sit them no one would and A would just sit in her room. After a while we got into a fight because her 30 year old boyfriend said I was into him I am a 15 yo lesbian and A yelled at me. I called her BF we will call him L a weirdo (in more colorfull words I can't use) and he threatened to beat me up. Then the other day I noticed someone had locked my cats in my room for so long they pooped on my carpet (there was like three piles). I also noticed that there was poop smeared everywhere including my sheet music which is my prized position. I asked A of she had locked my cats in and she started to go off at me yelling about how I am crazy and no one smeard poop in my room.(I never accused anyone of smearing poop in my room) So I go to clean it up and I noticed that there was a Lipton tea bottle in my room. Now I don't drink that type of tea. I love tea but I only drink tea I make not tea in plastic bottles so I was confused. Until today when I saw her bf L drinking that tea. So no matter what he was in my room alone for no reason. Now onto the actual fight that happened today I noticed my charger was missing so I asked my sister where it was and she said A took it so I knocked on her door and asked for it back and she said she didn't have it. Then I said I had her charger and we can trade she told me no and ignored me. I knocked on her door harder and accidentally woke up her kid. She burst out the door and told me to fix it so I started walking in to fix it when she pushed me and grabbed my shoulders trying to push me into a wall. I punched her and she punched me back. I grabbed her hair and slammed her down into the ground so hard I fell with her and I felt her hair rip out then I just held out my arms so she couldn't get near me (that in itself could make me the asshole I should not have gotten physical or knocked so hard I woke up her babys) but then my dad pulled us away and calms me down. He tells me I should not have done any of that and I walk outside where my sister had already gone with her friend. This is when her friend told me that L threatened to best my jaw in and that she wanted to go home. So we got her parents to pick her up. After that I go back inside and I see my sister lock her door with her kids still inside the room alone and leave the house for about 15 minutes( this isn't the first time she has done this) . She then comes back and gets them ready and leaves. I am very concerned because her license is suspended and she is hiding it from the cops so they don't take it. A few other things I think are worth while to mention is her kid is constantly covered in dirt. She feeds her kid on the table with no plate. She lets her 4 month old infant sleep in a crib filled with blankets. Her bf is a felon and an ex drug addict they met when my sister was 16 and he was 26-27.
