I seem to have a very different opinion about the cost of things being raised, compared to everyone else. While I am not happy about the cost of living going through the roof, it has called into question things that are needed versus things that are wanted. I was called a fascist, or having fascist thoughts because of this. AITAH because I don't find difficulty with things that are considered luxuries, and not necessities being expensive and thus the majority of people not being able to afford them? Note* I will never be ok with the price of food being raised, or housing being too expensive for people to afford, but if not everyone can afford an iPad or video game system, that doesn't seem like as much of a problem to me as food. And I know that everything is connected in terms of raised prices, but food and shelter will always be more pressing than luxuries.
