Hi there. I am 24 years old, working as a customer support in Ticketmaster. And I just wanted to rant out due to every fan/customer that I have handled.
First of all, is it that freaking hard to give a survey after refunding or assisting you in a good way? Why can't the customers here just be grateful? Some even rated me 1 then saying completely resolved. Wtf is going on their heads?!
Second, why do fans/customers buy and then ask for refunds afterwards? Are you nuts? Purchasing hundred of dollars just to ask for a refund? CHECK YOUR FREAKING SCHEDULE FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING!
Third, I hate those people who cannot understand or comprehend what I kept on explaining to them. They always do selective reading which I fcking hate because I need to reiterate everything all over again.
First of all, being a customer support requires a maximum of 9 minutes talking to a customer. Going beyong will affect our performance and salary. Other than that, the survey affects our performance as well so please be mindful and be grateful here. I am a student who works and I hate dealing people like this. Why can they just be so easy with whom they are talking to?
I just need to rant out and know if I am the asshole here for getting angry at every Ticketmaster fan to the point that I am having a different perspective on the white people here.
