Hello, for clarification I (21F) have been getting yelled at and accused by my boyfriend (21M) of 3 years. It started when he found out that I slept with someone 2 months before we started dating. We were hanging out during that time but I was unsure if my now boyfriend liked me. I also told him about the guy I slept with the next day but he claims I didn’t specify that it was any time recent.

It progressed into him being mad about all my past relationships (never serious just sex). His claim is that he always liked me and that I never would’ve given him a chance. But I didn’t know him well and didn’t see him in that way.

Now he’s upset I didn’t see him like that. Saying stuff like “well you slept with those other guys the same day of meeting them.” I keep telling him that I didn’t know him well and that these other guys were just a mistake in my past but he won’t listen. Am I the asshole for having a past?
