Someone I know tried to kill their ailing 2 year old hamster by giving it 6mg thc because they didn’t want to pay $100 to get it put down and apparently didn’t want it to die naturally. Anyway, she thought this was totally normal, she googles ways to humanely put down a hamster. Anyway it lived despite the euthanasia attempt and is now better from whatever illness it had . She’s justifying it by saying she thinks the weed made it get better because it made the hamster get the sleep it needed. I think she’s delusional and psycho and out of touch to not realize that trying to kill your pet is wrong. On top of that, 6mg is a ton, weed is toxic to pets and it definitely didn’t help the situation….thoughts? Like should I be concerned about mental illness or are some people that dumb? She has plenty of money and could have easily afforded the vet bill.
