I have no brother,father is only male in my family and he always shows his dominance over us ( me,mysis,my mother) ,He always criticizes us about almost every single thing . Sometimes even though it's his mistake he puts the blame on us ,if he forgot to take something important to an event ,he blames my mother for not reminding him , (WAIT! ISN'T MY MOTHER A HUMAN ?! CAN'T SHE FORGET THINGS? ).Also while having an argument if we talk back then ,either he shuts us saying " is this the way you talk to your father " or uses violence, And sometimes when we try to prove that ',he too does some mistakes why don't he correct himself' then as he can't don't have words he starts using violence and we can't even oppose him for this , cause we don't have that much strength
Also he believes,that "all the house chores to be done by women ,the men doing the chores is insulting " ,he sitting in one place, orders us. Okay I have no problem if it's me and my sis but my mother is physically weak I can't watch her doing all that ! And in case for once my mother refuses to do something saying she is tired ,then he criticizes her saying bad words ! While serving dishes,he yells at us if we didn't notice that the water in the glass is finished,and he believes that ' him asking for water ,will make him look like servant '

Some might say that ,he as a father has the right to do this , but is it right to use abusive words and violence even when it can be done calmly, or is it right even he beat us when we point his mistake ??

I am extremely greatful to him that he supports us financially, support us in education ,My mother and my sister asks me not to hate him saying he is only one who will be there when we need someone
But his behaviour makes he resent him. Am I wrong for this?!
