I (20F) am currently in university and this year I moved in with three of my friends (similar age). At the start of the year, my flatmate (let’s call her Mary) and I were not on the best terms due to incidents that occurred at the start of January 2024 (had already signed the contract so I couldn’t have just moved out). Things like insulting my and our other friend’s weight (something she knew we were extremely self conscious about and had talked to her openly about), only caring about herself (blatant narcissistic behaviour) when it came to our lives such as when I was almost mugged on a train back to my hometown- all Mary had to say was, ‘oh’, and proceeded to talk about her night out with people from our course- as well as not caring when our friend’s pet died (along the same lines of saying ‘oh…’ then talking about herself). More recent incidents were of Mary literally leaving rotten food and mouldy food in her cupboards- in which a loaf of white bread was COMPLETELY turned green with mould spores as well as being the reason as to why our friend was spiked on one of our first nights out as a flat. When she was confronted about it she began crying (something she does when she knows she’s in the wrong)…yep. (Sorry for the long rant, there’s a whole bunch of other stuff that has happened but this Reddit post is already too long).
My problem is that I have made it clear to Mary that we are not friends, AT ALL, yet she continues to use my Wii that I brought from home that I can play on. Would I be the asshole if I deleted her mii character (plus the ones she’s made of her friends) or is that too petty?
EDIT: Thanks to the people who commented, I’m either going to add the parental lock or move it into my room given that she may do something worse if I delete her Mii.
