I’ve never made one of these but here goes nothin.

My upstairs neighbor/s has been living upstairs(it’s a duplex) for maybe 5/6 months and has 2 kids. They’re kids I get they run around and have all the energy in the world so I give her the benefit of the doubt when it comes to footsteps and running around. However within the last 2 months she’s been letting her cousins, brothers and dad all stay there. Mind you this is a one bedroom apartment how they’re all sleeping up there I have no clue. Again this is none of my business, she pays her bills what she does with her space is her business. The problem is the cops have been here twice in the last month because the people she has staying over are super sketchy(I’ve seen them brandish firearms and they smoke weed all the time I have no problem with weed just don’t do it in the house when you know it’s going to make everyone else’s apartment wreak) and yesterday the police came and almost drew guns on them again would be none of my business usually but this time my sister and I were playing out in the front and I had to have sister run inside the house in fear that the situation would escalate. I reached out to my landlord and she told her she has until the end of the month to move out of she will be evicted. AITAH? I feel bad but I guess other tenants have complained to my landlord too. I also feel bad for her kids because she is quite literally never home she is always at her boyfriend’s house and makes whoever is at the house stay with them.
