My family of like 4 people share the same internet provider and my parents would take the phone bill money out of our accounts monthly when it was due. My mom decided she wanted her own separate plan from the kids ( sister and I ) So she left the plan and my sister and I had to take it over.

My sister told me she was also going to leave the plan because she didn’t want to keep paying $60 a month, she told me to hurry up and log into the account and change the information so i wasn’t stuck with a late fee.

I tried logging in multiple times, calling my sister and parents but it kept saying that my phone number didn’t have accessibility. Then i started getting texts in my mom’s name about a late fee bill and how much I owe. Come to find out when my mom and sister left the plan it made my bill $150+ and now my parents are saying I owe $250 ( for two months of bills and then the late fee ).

I don’t know what to do because I had no way to access anything and my sister and mom said they didn’t have access either after leaving the plan. And Obviously I don’t want to pay the $250, i don’t know if this is justified.
