Husband has kid from previous relationship. We have two kids ourselves. We have built a decent real estate portfolio together and purchased homes with both of our money as I work and so does he. If something happens what would be the correct thing to do in passing on inheritance? I know he wants to give inheritance to his child but to me it just isn’t fair for it to be divided equally as technically it is not my child and I have put money towards all of our properties and the child is not in states. I want to make sure my kids are set and their inheritance is fair. AITAH? I need advice on what is right thanks all
