Ok so there is just my brother and I he is older. My dad is 94 and coherent, still drives and most people think he’s in his late 70s. The will was always specified as 50/50 my brother is the executor. He recently sold his business for a couple of million. He had my dad redo the will and take him off and add his children instead for his half. I’m not so happy about that. I’m not a millionaire and could use the extra to pay off a mortgage and help my family and myself in retirement. Should I contest or let it ride and keep the family piece?
