The neighbor behind me used to have a little dog that yapped all hours of day and night. Our backyards connect and my bedroom is on my back yard. I was getting so tired of being woken up every night and morning. Shes had many verbal warnings from the city. I was just about to file a formal complaint to the city with my next door neighbor that would give her a citation when they got rid of the dog.

Life is good, fast forward some months now this lady has a new puppy thats quickly growing. This dog is probably about a year old now and has the same problem with barking. Its much less annoying than a small dog barking nonstop but when it wakes me up at 2am its equally annoying. Its obviously an incompetent owner problem at this point.

Recently this lady has been letting the dog out in the middle of the night despite it barking. Ive been woken up at these hours in April:

04/05 12:15am 04/16 10:30pm 04/22 2:12am 04/22 5:26am 04/23 2:38am 04/23: 2:56am

So as you can see its getting more frequent like shes testing the waters. Today it happened at 2:38am then 2:56am shortly after. After the second time i just got pissed off opened my window and shouted, “Train your fucking dog no one wants to hear that shit you fat bitch.” The barking stopped.

Im starting to feel bad for the chosen language but WTF? Shes already been warned by the city many times. Dont get dogs if you cant train them, and if you cant train them show some respect to your neighbors and keep it inside if its the middle of the night. Right? AITA?
