I am a 26 year old woman

My boyfriend 25, we live 1 hour away, each one of us have its own apartment

My grandfather died so I wanted to go to my boyfriend, except that he hosts a friend of his (he cheated on his girlfriend), this friend has a new apartment since yesterday but not yet furnished, he is waiting for my boyfriend to buy/carry the furniture with him this week and move in next Saturday

So my boyfriend tells me that I can come but his friend would be there

I tell him that if his friend is there then I prefer not to come (even if in fact I do not want to stay alone), he told me "ok no problem, next time then" and that he will not ask him to leave

Am I wrong to be upset that he prefers to host his friend (who has an apartment!! But not yet the furniture), rather than insisting that his friend manage the transport of his furniture (or even sleep at another friend’s house), so I can go to my boyfriend's appartment ?
