I have now noticed multiple times that our neighbors from across the street always cross the street and have the dog pee on our side, almost always onto our plants.

1) AITAH for wanted to tell them to stop doing it? 2) what recourse do I have if they don’t take me talking to them well?

They’re clearly doing this intentionally, no reason for them to not have their dog go on their side of the street. There’s plenty of city owned bushes and trees on their side.
