Okay, more context on yesterday with my friend (18F) by she gets upset when she doesn’t have her way. We were going to the job together-her front of the house, me back of the house-but she told me she wasn’t going back because it didn’t “fit what she wanted”. Anyway she asked me to ask the manager if she was going to get her money she was payed for at orientation, but when I told her the manager was busy and that she’d have to ask-her money, her responsibility right?-she went off on me and said “I don't wanna talk to her bc if I do I'll cuss her out and guess who that's gonna look bad on. You” I texted back because that honestly pissed me off, “How? Because I asked you to call her and ask her about YOUR money? Wow dude. I’m not always gonna be available to do stuff for you. I’ll be busy at my work. I’ll f-ing ask her, but if you don’t like the answer, oh well.” And the manager agreed with me, because the manager is a older type of woman-the one who doesn’t take crap anyone or anything, and told me that she can just hang up if my friend started to cuss her out. And she’s-my friend-always made me call people-even her interviewer to ask about her jobs-because she has social anxiety. I do too. I chose to work back of the house for a reason. I hate talking to a bunch of people. Sorry for ranting this has also been on my mind since yesterday.
