I have 2.5 bathrooms in the house.. the upstairs one is closest to the family room, and is heavily used by the kids. All of currently at home are 16+.

My office is also near by. The kids are supposed to be taking care of restocking the bathroom and a weekly cleaning, but it's chronically out of toilet paper. Sometimes for days at a time.

So I've been keeping a small supply in my office, and sometimes keeping one role hidden in a toolbox (house renovations) in the bathroom.

Idea is letting them deal with the consequences of their (in)actions.
