Hey guys, a couple months ago our PGE was turned off during the rain for about 3 hours bc they had a couple of problems, realistically I’m not sure I just know that they ended up fixing it and didn’t take too long. Anyways, fast forward now, my roommate wants a statement saying why the pge was turned off on that day. She’s moving out in around 10 days and has been complaining and just wanting to pick a fight. At first she thought I was “over charging” her even though I would always screenshot and show her the pge bill. She ended up,making me send her each bill since she first moved in which took me over 2 hours to get for her. I never over charged her a single penny and now she wants a statement from that day bc she swears it was my fault it turned off. I’m not even sure if it’s possible to even get that statement, what do I tell her? I honestly don’t even wanna call either to pge bc I am busy and work and this is just unnecessary. If I don’t give it to her what happens? And is it possible to even get that statement?
