So my neighbor bleachers our steps every time something gets on there people in front of his door and two sets of steps going down from our second floor to the bottom so the other night he bleached his steps and I fell down the last five I would like to know what I can do about it and if anybody has any suggestions my leg is killing me and my hip hurts too thanks for reading
