my gf has been having anxiety attacks and panic attacks for the last 4 months at least, we're both 19 and she was kicked out of her mums place recently, which i understand is a traumatic event, her mum highkey had finacially abused her for years and her older brother is a massive bum who at the age of 22 hasnt had a job their whole life.

she messages me multiple times a day telling me shes having a panic attack or she feels super anxious and despite me telling her to book doctors appointments even offering to pay for them so she can get medecation for it she has done nothing about it for months except tell me how anxious she is. and honestly im really starting to get tired of having to calm her down every time and still be supportive, at some point i feel she needs to help herself. im just lacking overall sympathy.
