I started working at this job unloading trailers, my first week I did get called she but went into the men’s restrooms and eventually the ones who didn’t catch on caught on. For my job we have to scan boxes in and put them away and switch off to other trailers, the person who scans gets the credit. I went to my trailer i was first at and a coworker Dan scanned all my packages but didn’t put them away so I had to bust not once but twice he did this, he has been with the company for two months and is one of the top workers. I of course said something and my supervisor asked me what was up? And I told her he keeps trying to talk to me after that but I want nothing to do with him and she decided to say it was a mistake? he’s been there TWO months. I also had another issue at work, we load trailers all day and I would get spoken to every single day as to other people not so much and one day they shouted me out for having good walls and ended up letting me know they weren’t good enough and the supervisor told me “ would you like this if this was your business?” She thought I said yes and made a face but I didn’t say anything. I felt super annoyed after that, it was my third week and I was doing my best and there were other trailers that looked worse.

The other older men also I feel uncomfortable around like I’m a burden because I’m always doing something wrong for one of them. And another guy, I was going to help with his work because it’s our job and it was slow but decided to tell me he gots it even though he took my work before that. Another older man, I was waiting for and he was in the stall , I didn’t rush him. He flushed, made a loogey and didn’t make it in the toilet bowl but on the floor in the middle where my pants would land. I don’t know if it was intentional but I wasn’t fond of that either.
