📝 WIBTA for confronting my neighbor about her complaint

I (28,F) live in a small apartment complex with three floors. Im on the top floor (not by choice). I have a daughter (8mth, F) who obviously lives with me. As you may know you have to keep babies entertained throughout the day and I have my basic schedule to do so. She has her playmate with toys, a swing chair, books and a bouncer. I have a neighbor downstairs (F, 47) directly below me and shes been complaining to another neighbor I'm friends with on the same floor. Well shes been saying that she hates my daughters bouncer and it's inconsiderate and too loud since she can hear her through our living room floor. Now im aware that its an annoyance but I only use the bouncer in the afternoon until around 6pm and shes never in there for more than an hour at a time. Otherwise we're outside at the park or doing tummy time. I don't think im particularly inconsiderate and it annoys me that she hasn't brought it up. We literally spoke yesterday while baby and i were on a walk and she says she never really hears the baby. However when I mentioned the bouncer in the living room must make noise she said it was fine. So im confused as to why she'd lie to me but complain to our neighbor instead of telling me the truth. WIBTA if I confront her on her complaint?
