📝 WIBTA for talking to a bar owner about a disabled customer's behavior?

There is a bar that my husband and I frequent both for drinks and for weekly trivia with our friends, it's really small and a really friendly atmosphere.
Yesterday we were in the area for dinner, but we had about a half hour before our reservation, so we popped in.
There was one woman sitting alone at a table when we went in, maybe 50s-60s and the owner and bartender were in the back

We went up to the bar and sat there and the owner came out and we started chatting with him.

After a few minutes the woman made her way over and was standing behind our seats with her hands on the back of each of our chairs, we turned to see like oh does she need something, but when we turned she didn't say anything so we turned back to the owner and he said "she's harmless, she just wants to come over and say hi to you" then he disappeared into the back and did not come out again

So we turned to say hi and she took our hands in each of ours and wouldn't let go. I politely pulled my hand away, but she had a tight grip on my husband's.
It was clear she suffers from a disability, she was shaking and had a difficult time speaking.
She kept asking my husband to sing along to the music so he obliged for a minute then was like "okay! It was nice to meet you we're going to finish up our beer and head to dinner" She still wouldn't let go of his hand and started trying to pull him out of his seat and said she wanted to dance with him, he politely declined, and then she responded by going behind his seat and wrapping her arms around to his front and taking his arms/hands and forcing them into a dancing motion

We could see she was disabled and of course did not want to be mean or rude, but we didn't really know how to handle the situation?? We both finished our drinks as quickly as we could and left

The owner and bartender never came back out which makes sense, but I don't know, I guess I just keep thinking he knows that she is like this with his patrons but hides in the back to not deal with it?

Tonight is trivia and I'm contemplating bringing it up how uncomfortable the situation was to him if he's there, but would I be an asshole for doing that?
