I (38m) have been married to my wife (35f) for 14 years, we have 3 children (12f,9m,7f), after the third was born we agreed that we are done having children and since then we have been using some form of birth control, i guess the pills failed because we discovered that my wife is 5 weeks pregnant a few days ago.

The problem is i don't want another child, i feel like i already have enough on my plate, working a stressful job and parenting three children is exhausting, and i don't have the energy to deal with a newborn on top of that, on the other hand, my wife (also works full time) seems to be happy with the pregnancy and believes that it is meant to be, and she already started getting attached to the New embryo.

I don't want to break my wife's heart but i geneuinly feel like i don't have the mental ability to deal with a newborn on top of all my responsibilities, my wife clearly doesn't want to terminate the pregnancy, so i decided to ask here before bringing it up.
