📝 WIBTA if I hired a house cleaner?

I (28F) and my fiancé (30M) both work full-time jobs in different fields, I'm in healthcare and he's in IT. He has brought up on multiple occasions, that I'm not cleaning enough around the house. I primarily cook, take care of the cleaning associated with the cats, the laundry, dishes, the trash and recycling. (EDIT: he cleans around the house. It's not like I'm doing everything. He does a lot of the deep cleaning and maintenance. Literally today, he vacuumed, mopped, cleaned toilets, and cooked dinner.)

Worth noting, I have chronic health issues that are never going away, one of which is kidney disease that I believe has sapped my energy from me. On top of my chronic health issues, I also have major depressive disorder, ADHD, autism, and PTSD. Because of these issues, I need a lot of sleep. I have issues meeting the amount of sleep I need during the work week and make up for it on the weekends. I can't conjure energy I don't have, and I want the house to meet the standard of clean my partner prefers, but he's against me hiring a house cleaner even though we can afford it.

So, WIBTA if I hired a house cleaner with my own money?
