Lately I’ve just been extremely annoyed by people’s lack of courtesy and common sense. By lately, the past two years (or longer) everyone seems to have gone crazy think that the rules don’t apply to them. I’m under a great deal of stress right now as I take care of my parents, work full time, and spend 3 hrs a day commuting for work. I’m trying not to overreact.
The neighborhood I moved them into is relatively new and everyone seems to think they can do whatever they want. I had to stand my ground with some idiot who was trying to go down a one way street instead of go the extra 100 ft down the correct street, but wanted me to back into traffic. I don’t care what they do on their own property, screw HOAs, but some of this behavior is unacceptable.
What driving me nuts now is there’s this guy who is walking his pack of six large dogs in the middle of the road without any leashes. There aren’t any houses built on the road he’s walking down, but every day I have to stop and wait for him to see my car, and round up his dogs. I don’t want to be an ass. I’ve just asked him once to leash his dogs because it’s a local law. I’ve been ignored. I don’t want to be responsible for running over his dog if they decide to dart out. And as I’ve said, I’m sick of people thinking rules don’t apply to them.
I don’t know this person specifically. There are multiple people who keep walking multiple dogs unleashed. I could just file a complaint with the local dog control officer.
WIBTA if I call the dog control officer in this person?
