I've asked him before what we were going to do about it some time ago, and he said something about celebrating the day before or after and I just don't know if it'd be selfish to ask to hang out on the day of. If it is, I'm completely fine doing it another time, but I have no idea if it would be considered selfish. For reference it's a dating anniversary, but we are both adults.
