We live in a condo with three dogs.

*all condo board approved *one service dog *one 16 year old, near death *one 12 month old (learning off the others)

We have lived her (we own) for 14 months. Never had an issue. This is a dog friendly building downtown where we must have 40 dogs in the building.

We tried to get on the elevator this morning and she steps in my way physically blocking me stating “dogs are bad for my mental and physical health” you’re not getting on. Pushes the close button on the elevator. I had my foot in so it didn’t close.

I proceed to walk in. My dogs take up little room as they are 45-50lbs each and they just sit in the corner. We got on; none of the dogs barked or moved.

The lady waited in the lobby and started video taping and taking photos of me stating I ruined her health today.

There was really no time to react, she didn’t ask us to stay off because she was scared of dogs, she was aggressive and in my opinion unhinged.

Am I the asshole here? Or is she for living in a dog friendly building when dogs ruin her mental health?
