📝 AITA for being disappointed with my husband’s stew and making him cry?

My husband made a beef stew with potatoes, carrots, and onions. The last time he made it, it had this delicious tomato-based broth—more like a soup—and I loved it. He told me he was going to make the same thing again today, so I was really looking forward to it.

But when he served it, there was no liquid or sauce—just the beef and veggies, kind of dry. I was confused and asked what happened. He said it was fine, then tried to take the bowl away from me, which upset me.

Then he started crying. I think he was frustrated that it didn’t turn out like he wanted, and maybe my disappointed reaction made it worse. Now I feel terrible that he’s crying because of me, but I didn’t mean to be unkind—I was just surprised.

Now we’re both upset, and I feel guilty even though I didn’t intend to hurt him. AITA?
