This happened many years ago and keep in mind that we were - pretty stupid - 11 years old kids (both female).

I didn't want to go out with my ex bsf because I was probably too lazy or just didn't feel very comfortable around her, even though I had rose colored glasses and couldn't see her flaws.

One day she texted me again and asked if I wanted to go out. I said no. Her response was threats. She said she and her younger brother would stalk me, and if I remember correctly, she even mentioned throwing pine cones at my window. So I threw some insults at her, even though she didn't insult me first. Because like I said, I was a stupid 11 year old and couldn't think of any other solution than to start a fight with random insults. I didn't even think of threating her back though, because even my 11 years old self realized that it was little too wrong.

After a while of this argument, which basically only consisted of us coming up with worse insults, I decided to tell my mom. I think that I did so only because my ex bsf had better insults and I ran out of mine. My mom texted her through my phone that she would call her mom, so my ex bsf deleted all the messages. We haven't spoken since.
