I (18F) have a 4 month old me and her dad broke up after she was born because after everything he put me through when we were together I decided it was best not only for me but our daughter. I would send her to her dad on Sunday and pick her up Tuesday since Sunday and Mondays were his only days off. I sent a box of diapers a few packs of wipes and all the bath stuff she would need over that he could keep over at his place since I had lots of everything. One night we were otp he was getting ready to give her a bath diaper off and everything and his “brother” knocked on the door to use the restroom so he let him in to use it. The whole time his “brother” was in the bathroom I was confused cause I didn’t hear nor see my daughter so I asked where she was and he said in the bathroom in the tub. So he left my daughter in the bathroom in the tub so his “brother” could use the bathroom that set me off because you don’t know what could happen in that time. Not saying he did do anything but ima protect her in anyway I can. That was reason 1 reason

2 she came home and my mom was changing her and she had tobacco in her diaper!!!! How does that happen ???? He wasn’t or anyone wasn’t supposed to be smoking g around her so how does it happen? I asked him he said he didn’t know, but how didn’t u see it when u was changing her??!

Reason 3 this weekend she was pooping a lot and it was runny so you had to change her a lot and I let him know this. I pick her and I change her and her whole butt is covered in a rash like she has been sitting in a wet or poopy diaper for hours. That had me furious like idk how this could happen when I told you she was pooping a lot.

Reason 4 I always called him in the morning and at night so he could talk to her on days he didn’t have her and he’s never ever sent me to voicemail and I’d never had to call him more than once because he knew I was calling so he could talk to his daughter. So this one night I call him and I’m sent to voicemail I cal again and it happens again so I call a third and he answers and I knew as soon as he answered where he was. He was at his female friends house who he was talking to. I just want to put out there I don’t care he was talking to someone else because I was to it was the fact he couldn’t answer the phone to talk to his daughter and I always called him at the same time every night so I don’t know if I’m wrong for being upset bout this reason but let me know. I forgot to mention the last time I sent her over he messed up her sleeping schedule and it took me two weeks to get her back. Anyways just this past Sunday I sent her with him told him she NEEDS a nap between 11 and 1 it’s an absolute must because this is how it is and he said whenever she falls asleep and I thought he was joking because he did that. Well a few hours go by and he usually sends me pictures throughout the day and so I asked him hey it’s been a few hours and I didn’t get any pictures can I get one and he sends one.

And she has a birthday hat on it’s Bluey themed so I already knew where she was and who she was with and who he had her around so I had asked them. Hey, where are you at? He told me he was at a pizza party. I’m like OK who do you have for around and she wasn’t really telling me anything. I’m like whose birthday is it and he takes a minute to respond so I already know that he’s coming up with a lie and he tells me it’s his friends aunt and I tell him I know you’re lying like I want you to tell me who she is around like I want to hear from you and he said my friends and he send the name of the girl he was talking to and I sent the name too and I tell him bring me my daughter. I only tell him this is because when me and my current boyfriend got into a relationship before they met, I told him like hey this is what’s happening. This is when it’s gonna happen. I thought you should know out of respect since she is your daughter too, and when I found out, he was talking to someone else I’m like can you please let me know ahead of time so I know I would like to know who she’s going to be around and when like I just wanna know this cause I did it for you.

So that’s the only reason why I told him to bring her to me because I feel like he disrespected the one wish I had I mean I don’t care that they were there. I just cared that he didn’t tell me because she’s my daughter and I want to know who she was going to be around so he’s speeding to bring her back like you don’t need to be speeding with my kid in the car and his girl is in the car with him so as I’m getting her out the car, his girl gets out the car and comes around and getting in my face while I’m trying to get my kid long story short a whole fight breaks out and I had to try to de-escalate, but it wasn’t happening cause it just kept going but am I wrong for not letting him see her no more I’m OK with honesty. I know the story a bit everywhere. This is my first time. But advice is very much appreciated

EDIT: it’s seems people think that it matters to me that he’s seeing someone when it’s not the case he has 3 other kids so he should have more than just an idea on how to raise a kid he is 10 years and a few months older than me thought I should mention it
