My boyfriend and I have met each other’s parents but his mom has recently been very adamant on meeting my parents. My boyfriend doesn’t want them to meet and I agree. My parents aren’t very social and I wouldn’t want to put them in an uncomfortable situation. However, his mom is very outgoing and always says how she hast met her nephew’s girlfriend’s family but never mine. I don’t know how many more excuses I can come up. Also his parents are more political and religious which I’m afraid might come up in a conversation and my parents are the opposite of that.
