Me and my baby’s father were together for about a year and I ended up getting pregnant. When I got pregnant, his true colors started to show. He was never satisfied, told me I don’t do enough, would text other women while laying in my bed, hang out with his ex, refused to go to any of my appointments or ultrasounds, etc. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve been alone this whole time. He got a new girlfriend and moved in with her and her 2 kids and is taking care of them. I have bought everything by myself that I need for the baby, along with the help of my family. Him and his family have done nothing for me, he barely ever checks up on me, and when I told him I’m not comfortable with him being on the birth certificate and my child getting his last name he acted like I was in the wrong. He has quite literally done NOTHING for me, blocked my number when I sent him my baby registry, and then harasses my mom with lies about me trying to play victim. I want nothing to do with him ever. My baby will be here in less than 2 weeks and I wanna know AITA if I don’t put him on the birth certificate or give him any rights? I don’t even want child support from him or anything. I just want him out of my life.
