📝 AITA for thinking a YouTuber is out of touch and ignorant about being poor?

Hello there, I watch a frugal channel and she claims to be poor, when in fact she has over £16,000 and can afford all her expenses and make money. I don’t mind people being frugal, but there is a difference between being poor and being frugal. Having over £16,000 or even £3,000 and having a good income inst poor. People who are poor don’t choose to not spend they cannot spend. Some people would dream of even having £30 in the bank. Explaining to her family she cannot afford a £50 meal is a bit disingenuous when you have £16,000. I am poor I have £16,000 seems a bit of an oxymoron!. This person said similar things to this many times before. Don’t complain about not having money when you do and stop claiming that your extremely tight budget will not allow for £50 for a meal out or whatever. I find it a bit annoying and insensitive to real poor people who have no savings and extremely little money sometimes even less than £5.
