📝 AITA for wanting to move out, leaving my brother to care for my elderly grandmother and dog?

So I have an elderly grandmother and dog that my brother cares for while I’m away at university. During uni breaks, I’ve always come back to the house to “tag in” and help care for them, giving my brother a break. My brother works locally and is able to care for them. However, with uni finishing very soon the thought of moving back into the house to care for them honestly crushes me. I have really settled in my uni city with a great circle of friends, a girlfriend and even a job lined up for me in the city.

I feel if I leave my conscience will get to me in regards of leaving my brother to care for them both as he deserves a break from it. However, if I go back I feel like I’ll be leaving everything I’ve built behind and taking a major step backwards in life. I love both my grandmother and dog dearly but also feel like i’ll be putting my life on hold just waiting for them to pass, as morbid as that sounds.

AITA? Please be honest with me
