ok so me (18f) and my bf (25m) was at his family thing party and the auntie (she always got somethin to say anyway) jus startin talking out loud at me like no hello hi nothin, just bam insult. she go “oh are you a fool ur outfit is not respectful, maybe u shuld dress like a proper woman” like ?? i wear jeans and a nice cute top i liked it and was comfy but she keep goin like “girls these days dont got no manners” and “some of us come from better brought up homes” and stuff like that which like?? what mean u?

AND THEN my bf???? just stood up there like air. blank face. no word. like hello???? your aunt is dragging me and u do nothin but breathe??? i was so shocked and jus sittin there tryna blink it off but THEN she startin sayin “what job even do u got again?” and then said “ur not exactly successful are u?” and smirked a bit like eww. like wot.

so like i SNAPPED snappin for real i go “maybe if u spent less time talking about MY life and more time fix ur own then maybe u wuldnt be so MISERABLE all the time, but hey maybe thats jus how u live.” and i said “u mad bc no one wanna ask ur opinions so u speak for no reason every time.” and i also said “how long u single for now? ten years? maybe more?? that explains the mood. no wonder God refuse give you childrens your not fit to be good mother.”

AND THEN my bf finally make his mouth move and goes “that’s not nice” to ME. like ??? she been attacking me verbally and i defend back now u got issue?

now people sayin i was disrespect but i feel like i only said what many people were thinkin anyway. she always talks down and looks at me like im beneath her. like one time she even said i act “like someone who want pity bc no dad at home” LIKE WHAT. she dont even know my life???

but now maybe i think too much said or maybe not bc i jus had enuff. AITA???
