📝 Aita - husband acts like I'm the a for asking to stop being so chummy with neighbor

So a couple years ago, my husband and I invited our neighbors over for bonfire- during which i caught my husband and neighbor exchanging "fuck me" eyes - a point which he does not agree with but I saw what i saw.

Fast forward to now, he took our kids to park and neighbor also goes at same time - i text him and he does not respond. After sending more aggressive texts ("how about you stop chatting with karen and come the fuck home now"). When he gets home, I ask him, "did you chat with Karen while you were there?". He is immediately impatient with me for asking the question and says yes but they only talked about the kids so i should not be mad. He immediately shut down the conversation, writing me off as over sensitive and giving the impression that he found my questions annoying.

For additional context, we hung out with this couple a few other times (because rememeber i made all the hanky panky up in my mind so why not- i have since drawn the line and we dont hang out with them anymore) and each time the wife was obscenely rude to her husband (it was very awkward - for me at least) and did not engage in conversation with me or her own husband but with my husband instead.

Now my husband still argues that she is not a thirsty bitch (she clearly is) and does not see any real reason why he should not be allowed to hang out with her during baseball practice, park visits etc. And gives the impression that I am overbearing for asking for these clear boundaries. Am I the asshole for asking if he has hung out with her during events where i know she was also there? Am I an asshole for asking him to stop chatting so casually with this individual?
