My sister is asking me to dog sit her bulldog during the days this week as they have construction going on at their house and then she asked if I wanted him to have a sleepover tonight. I said sure and grabbed his stuff and as I was leaving her house my mom called me saying I needed to meet her at rite aid to pick up a prescription for my brother (he’s disabled and I take care of him). I said sure and drove there with the dog in my car. I had to go inside the store for literally no more than 2 minutes to grab the prescription (it was 66 degrees out and breezy (I live in NYS) and the whole way to rite aid I had the AC blasting and opened the drivers side window and passenger seat window in the front halfway when I got to the store so some air could get in while I ran in real fast). Like I said I was in the store for not even 2 minutes and i walk out and my mom is giving me the death stare and she’s on the phone (presumably with my sister) because then my sister calls me asking me to bring the dog back but didn’t say why but i can only assume it’s because i left the dog in the car for a minute. (I cant leave him alone at my house because last time i did he caused damage to a door by scratching it and i rent so i cant have him causing damage) AITAH?
