I (19F) woke up this morning because Sundays are one of my only days off, along with Mondays. I went into the kitchen to make myself something to eat.

After I finished I went back to my room to eat what I made, before noticing a certain noise getting increasingly louder and louder. To the point it was over the sound of my headphones.

Something was hitting the wall, and I heard moaning and groaning from the room beside me (My mother's). She (41F) was having sex with her boyfriend (47M) and they were loud.

I just want to know if I'm wrong for being upset at them being so loud and inconsiderate? My mom has consistently exposed me to her sexual activities since I was young, and it triggered me greatly. I work Tuesday-Saturday and my younger sister goes to school, so every morning my mom and her boyfriend have plenty of time to have sex while both me and my sister aren't here.
