📝 AITAH for considering this unfair?

Aight so, I work at a fast food place. The people that I train do a lot of work, (which makes sense, since I was given management training but had to turn the position down due to epileptic risks) but those that the managers/supervisors converse with a lot seem to be contributing very little or just straight up hiding. Sometimes they'll ignore customers in favor of their phones.

They won't clock out for lunch, which can take them upwards of an hour each, but if I or anyone I train take more than ten minutes while on the clock we get write-ups or threats.

Furthermore; it was deemed today "unfair to the others" if I took my break at 12pm, because the others want to follow after me. So rather than telling the others to take break when they can, they consider it a "me" problem.

AITAH for considering contacting the Hotline for the franchise over this? It's what they're for. My goal isn't to get anyone fired, but to communicate that there is serious favoritism and lack of discipline shown towards select individuals. They sit for an hour or so on the clock while there's a lot of traffic up front and in drive thru? Nothing. I or someone I train rest for 5-10 minutes on the clock? Write-up. I gather evidence and show both the boss and the manager proof of favoritism, lack of clocking out and people on their phones in front of customers? I get written up for "insubordination" the next day by the manager. The boss disagreed.

But yeah. Would IBTAH if I got corporate involved? I love this position, I just dislike maybe 4 people out of the 15-18 I know here. 2 of which are managers/supervisors.
