I (25f) was playing Mario Kart 8 with my husband (29m) and our two mutual friends. We were playing 200cc grand prix maps that he still hasn't gotten all 3 stars on. He's a self proclaimed completionist and was about to get the final 3 stars he needs to "finish" the game. The part I might have messed up was I came in first on the last race which messed up his overall score. This was accidental. I am horrible at Mario Kart and mostly get in 5th-9th place if not last. When the race was over my husband turned around and threw his controller at me. It did not hit me but it hit the wall behind me. I asked him what his problem was and he said I did that on purpose. His friends agreed with him and said how horrible I was for purposefully ruining his attempt at getting all 3 stars. The final map was a rainbow road and somehow I managed to fall off the map and end up ahead of everyone else at the last turns. So AITAH for getting first place?
