So tldr my old post.. I (f 13 at the start f14 now) had this friend who we will call L (15 at start 16 now) who treated me horribly. We talked it out with a leader of our mutual group which lead to me not being her friend.

Now, I'm in middle school and I have this group of friends that I basically grew up with. Now, every time I'm with this group of friends, L decides to come up and act like some princess and will exclude me from my own friends. Now, my friends are 11-12 years old so I'm not too much older but old enough to be respected in my group. I don't really act 14 near my friends as I joke around and act the same way do though, so none of us find it weird.

But L who is 4 to 5 years apart from these friends, doesn't even joke the same way they do. She just sees me, comes over, and makes a big scene about how amazing she is then she walks away. She says things like "hi it's mee" and "anyone miss me?" More then half the group looks uncomfortable or confused and just a few people go "I know you!"

Now, I have these friends named Jace and Bella. And one day after volunteering for the library, I had to leave shortly before my friend group would get there. To volunteer for this library you have to go through an interview and orientation then you basically get to help out. Now, I did all this and rocked both my interviews and orientation.

So, when my friends Jace and Bella went to the library not long after I had just left, they went into a private meeting room to hangout. And I guess L saw her opportunity. She walks into the room and apparently said "hey, so don't tell Joel, but I heard she had a tantrum after not getting to volunteer." (I'm Joel btw.) Bella had texted basically telling me about the situation when Jace said nothing at all. Bella doesn't even know L so I trusted her pretty fast.

Well, I ask Jace if L actually said that and he started going "no. She didn't say anything." I got kinda mad and added a "😡" to the end of my texts and Jace told me to "take a chill pill." I soon asked Bella again if she was being honest and she sent more proof and information. So, I gave Jace another chance to admit it.

Well, he doesn't and I give him his last chance when we were on call. He told me to take a chill pill again. Which was odd cause I didn't even bring up the situation. He said "yesterday you needed to take a chill pill. I'm friends with both of you."

I hung up not long after that. He asked to call then got upset when I said "no" so I called him out. He tried to downplay it before just admitting. I got upset and asked him why he didn't tell me anything even though he knew I was volunteering. He said that oh he didn't know (which he did. I told him and a whole group that I was.) So, then I ask "okay, but even if that's the case and you didn't know, then why didn't you even stand up for me or at the very least ask if I'm okay??" I felt betrayed and have been not forgiving him.

Aitah for not forgiving Jace??
