I (18 m) and my girlfriend (19 f) have been dating for a few years and every time she or anyone touches me I get weirdly uncomfortable, for a while I just thought it was a new relationship thing or a neurodivergence thing however when I told one of my closest friends (21 m) about how touch even by my girlfriend made me uncomfortable he started to tell me that I was a bad boyfriend for feeling that way, I don’t think I’m an asshole over this as it is something I cannot control and it is with everyone and my girlfriend hasn’t expressed any feelings of her disliking it as neither of our love languages are physical contact (I apologize for how short this is but I don’t know what else to put, if there are any questions however I’ll do my best to answer them)
