I (18M) and my gf(17F) have prom this weekend and it is my last dance of high school so I really want to go with my friends as well as my gf. At first she didn't want to go with but after asking her a few more times she agreed to go with them. I told her we'd be going with one of my friends and his gf. Turns out, however, they were also already inviting my other friend to come along who is single. My gf is not the biggest fan of him but they get along fine and he's one of my best friends. But upon learning that he was coming along she said she didn't want to go. He's a really good guy and I don't see what the problem is with it. So we talked and argued about it a bit and in the end I just said that we were going with them because we already told them we would and that's final. I felt it was a little harsh and I feel bad but I also don't think I'm in the wrong. Can I get some second opinions because I'm genuinely curious if I'm in the wrong here or not. Thanks.
