I’m 27F and for context I have a bubbly personality, I’m quite loud and confident and I’m naturally not a very small sized girl.

At 21 I got married to a man I thought I was attracted to. We’ve since amicably divorced. Anyways, his face was typically handsome but he was only just taller than me. He was also quiet in nature and often times disappeared in my shadow.

Since my divorce I’ve intentionally not dated people who are under a certain height. I literally swipe left on the apps if I don’t see this number. I’m wondering, AITAH for generalising about short men or is it perfectly acceptable to sort out these men for myself.

I do think that a shorter man could easily make me feel bigger than I am, and have the possibility to be in my shadow like before. I’d hate to feel like I have to make myself smaller for a smaller man.
