I (M17) am in high school preparing to graduate and am quite excited. The story isn't too long and is quite short because not much happened but I'll speak about it because I kinda feel mixed about this. I was walking to the cafeteria and I was behind this girl who was also walking the same way, but then as I was looking around for my friends and I looked back forward, I noticed a stain at the back of her pants, and it looked like blood. My mind rushed to tell me what I should probably do which was to tell her about it, but then my other side of my mind was to not tell her about it and to leave it alone and not bring it up, because if I did, I was worried I'd be reported for harassment or be called a creep or weirdo (I was falsely reported for SA in the past and the person fessed up and told the truth that nothing happened). So I decided to go with my gut and not tell her. Now I kinda feel wrong for not telling her, but then not because of past situations. Am I wrong?
